What can you expect?
In my practice, I guide you toward a deeper connection within your relationships, yourself, or your work. We actively work on recognizing patterns, acknowledging their origins, developing concrete actions that will get you where you want to be, and letting go of what isn't yours.

After the session
After a one-hour session, you will have 167 hours left in the week to continue practicing what you have discovered.
I'll give you assignments, reflection questions, or small experiments that align with your process. This way, coaching isn't a standalone experience, but something that resonates throughout your daily life. Step by step, you'll develop new behaviors, new choices, and greater clarity.


A tailor-made trajectory
Coaching is customized. I don't follow a strict protocol, but I do have a structure that I use in my sessions. I always tailor the process entirely to your personal situation, wishes, and goals. A program usually consists of 5 to 8 sessions of 75 minutes each, preceded by an intake of 90 minutes. During the intake, we explore your needs and determine together which approach is most suitable: ACT, Constellations, or a combination of both.
