What can you expect?
In my practice, I guide you toward a deeper connection within your relationships, yourself, or your work. We actively work on recognizing patterns, acknowledging their origins, developing concrete actions that will get you where you want to be, and letting go of what isn't yours.


Before the session
For each session, you'll complete exercises you've been assigned. For example, you might keep a journal about your thoughts and what you do to manage them.


During the sessions
Each session begins with your story. In an open and safe environment, we'll explore what challenges you're facing, what your desires are, and what might be blocking your path. In my coaching, I utilize:
ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy): you learn to deal with difficult thoughts and feelings differently, and take steps towards what is really important to you.
Constellations (systemic work): we reveal unconscious patterns or entanglements that can hinder you, and create space for new movement.
Reflection and practical exercises that help you live more from a place of peace, direction and resilience.
The sessions are experiential and personalized. We won't just talk (we'll also do!) in a way that invites you to experience yourself in a new way.


After the session
After a one-hour session, you will have 167 hours left in the week to continue practicing what you have discovered.
I'll give you assignments, reflection questions, or small experiments that align with your process. This way, coaching isn't a standalone experience, but something that resonates throughout your daily life. Step by step, you'll develop new behaviors, new choices, and greater clarity.


A tailor-made trajectory
Coaching is customized. I don't follow a strict protocol, but I do have a structure that I use in my sessions. I always tailor the process entirely to your personal situation, wishes, and goals. A program usually consists of 5 to 8 sessions of 75 minutes each, preceded by an intake of 90 minutes. During the intake, we explore your needs and determine together which approach is most suitable: ACT, Constellations, or a combination of both.
