Safe and confronting

How I work

My approach combines Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Integrative Behavioral Couple Therapy (IBCT). These are two proven and widely applicable methods that complement each other beautifully, especially when combined with constellations.

After each session, you'll receive targeted exercises that you can work on independently, with active, visible steps.

IBCT softer communication

Teaches you to actively improve behavior and communication patterns, with understanding and compassion for yourself and each other.

ACT for insight

ACT

Gives you insight into feelings and thoughts and how they help or hinder you in living according to your values.

Constellations

Let yourself be creative and experience-oriented in exploring patterns within systems, such as your family, relationships or work.
