How we do that
My approach combines Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Integrative Behavioral Couple Therapy (IBCT). These are two proven and widely applicable methods that complement each other beautifully, especially when combined with constellations.
After each session you will receive targeted exercises that you can do yourself.
