With this systemic approach, we work on insight, balance and recovery, with practical steps that can be applied immediately.


Prevent failure at work
Stress, work-life imbalance, relationship problems, or personal struggles often lead to decreased energy, motivation, or even long-term absenteeism. By offering timely guidance, these problems can be addressed before someone becomes truly stuck.

I offer individual coaching and couples therapy to employees struggling with personal or relationship issues that impact their work. These programs are often (partially or fully) reimbursed by employers, in the interest of sustainable employability, well-being, and absenteeism prevention.

With 14 years of management experience, I've guided countless people through preventive and reintegration programs. I know how valuable it is when an employer offers opportunities for personal support and how big a step it can be for an employee to be open about it. That's why I offer a safe, discreet, and flexible approach.


For employees
Are you struggling with your work-life balance? Are you experiencing stress, relationship problems, or simply not feeling well? Then it's wise to take action in time—even if you haven't (yet) called in sick.
In a series of focused sessions, we'll work on what's holding you back and what you need to regain your strength. We'll look at your situation, your patterns, your values, and how you can connect them to your work in a healthy way.
Good to know: Employers often have budgets for coaching, personal development, or absenteeism prevention. Feel free to ask if your employer would be willing to (partially) reimburse this; it's often possible without having to share your personal goals.


For employers
As an employer, you know: personal problems don't stop at the office door. Employees bring them with them: in their energy, their concentration, their teamwork. Early detection and preventative support often prevent long-term absenteeism and strengthen the trust between employee and organization.
I support employees on personal or relationship issues that impact their work. This can be separate from work goals, but can also—if desired—be linked to development goals, performance reviews, or an action plan for absenteeism, in consultation with a manager, HR, or company doctor.
By doing so, you invest in the sustainable employability, loyalty, and mental health of your team. Moreover, from my years of experience as a manager, I understand how to navigate the line between human connection and professional responsibility.


A tailor-made trajectory
Guidance is available in various forms:
Individual sessions – on request, for example to support you through a difficult time.
Strip card – a series of sessions that can be used flexibly and at a competitive price.
Customized quote – for organizations or HR, tailored to your goals and budget.
There is freedom of choice in how open communication with the employer is:
Completely private : only the employee and supervisor know the content and goals.
Transparent : goals are coordinated with the employer (e.g. in a performance or absence review).
Hybrid : for example, anonymous feedback with a view to progress without substantive details.
Together we choose what suits the employee and the situation.
